The 30-minute Depot Repair demo directly follows the SAP Business One for Manufacturing Demo, and explains to users how you can obtain real-time 360-degree visibility over all repairs, current & past. This demo covers, but is not limited to the following:
- Accept and enter items in for repair
- Assign items a repair number to better track the repair status
- Maintain logs of repairs, noting those items being repaired most often
- Simplifies the workflow process from quotes to orders to invoicing
- Better manages all aspects of RMA processes, from start to finish, giving managers the visibility they need to enhance the RMA process and customer satisfaction.
